What’s covered in the program?

This program prepares you to acquire specialized knowledge and skills required to safely and competently dispense subnormal vision devices, contact lenses and eyeglasses. You will gain knowledge in the basic science of sight and optics, and learn the skills of opticianry in dedicated lab classrooms equipped with state-of-the-art instruments.
